description: Two Buffalo Inside A Corral At The Lethbridge 1936 Jubilee Celebrations Exhibition Grounds. The Buffalo, Purchased From The Banff Herd As A Curiosity Gimmick For The Celebrations, Were Subsequently Slaughtered. The Meat Was Sold To T. Eaton Company. The Heads Were Mounted And Raffled Off. The Winner, Tom Niven Hung Them In His Meat Market Until It Was Demolished. Today They Are Located In The Pemican Club In Lethbridge. Men In Background Are (L- R): Lou Bonnell, James R. Rose, J.T.
